Learn to make authentic French crêpes in our farmstead kitchen with Vicky Dunn of C’est la V Bakery. In this workshop, you will learn to make delicious crêpes, simply and easily, without any special equipment. We will make crêpes in class with two different savory fillings - one vegetarian, one not. We will enjoy tastings of both of these crêpes along the way, and you’ll also leave with recipes to try at home.

About Your Educator:

Vicky Dunn received her culinary training at the French Pastry Institute in Chicago, IL, which is where she developed her love of breads. She extended her formal training at King Arthur Flour in Vermont, specifically in the masterful craft of sourdough bread baking. Since 2012, she has been sharing her fine, artisan baked goods with the Cedar Valley through C’est la V Bakery.

Skill Requirement: All skill levels welcome.
