Renting our Big Red Barn + Barn Studio + Patios for Wedding Packages, Cocktail Parties, or Larger Special Gatherings (Seasonally Available, Guest Capacity of 100): Wedding and larger special occasion rentals at Three Pines Farm include our 157 year old big red barn (no heat/AC), our modernly refinished barn studio (which serves as bridal quarters, kitchen, restroom, and has AC/heat), plus use of our furnished patios. Chairs/tables/furnishings in the barns and patios areas are included in the rental. Please use the form at the bottom of this page to inquire about rates and ask any questions. Renting our Barn Studio for Meetings, Showers, Small Gatherings (Capacity of 20 guests [winter], 28 guests [spring-fall]): $175.00 for a 4 hour block, $35.00 each additional hour, plus sales tax. Open for rentals any day of the week, within the hours of 8:30am-10:00pm (please note these rates do not apply to weddings - please inquire for package rates on the Big Red Barn & Barn Studio for larger events/weddings).
Catering options are available through Three Pines Farm. Depending on the group size & event schedule, we may be able to offer full, homemade brunches/lunches/dinners, charcuterie/crudite platters, or our very popular homemade ice cream sandwiches (and you can make it even sweeter by renting our full service vintage ice cream truck for those sammies!). Other licensed caterers are welcome on the farm, too.
