The Barns at Three Pines Farm

Weddings
Weddings at Three Pines Farm are uniquely your own, and feel like home.
Guest Capacity: 100
We have two wedding package options: 1 day or full weekend. Our wedding season is mid-May through early October.
One Day Wedding Package: 9am-9pm for the wedding day, 6-8pm night before the wedding. $2,550 + tax (for bookings made by January 1, 2027).
Full Weekend Package: Usually day 1 is for set up/rehearsal, day 2 wedding, day 3 wrap up. The wedding package is $4,500 + tax (for bookings made by January 1, 2027). The hours are the following for the 3 day package: Day 1: 11am-8pm Day 2/Wedding Day: 8am-10:30pm Day 3: 9am – 3pm
Both packages include rental of:
the big red barn (built in 1866, updates currently taking place)
little brick barn studio (built in 1960 and renovated in 2013-14)
New for 2027: we are adding our farrowing house (a little red barn) to our wedding packages too! This is a really beautiful space and we are so excited for this addition!!
Plus, our aisle of evergreens (popular ceremony spot)
Also new for 2027: renovated large patio & new deck addition (our patio by the little brick barn & farrowing house was just redone this summer/fall and is another really beautiful gathering space, and a pretty deck overlooking the pasture & sunset views was just built this May)
The wedding packages also include..
reception tables & chairs & linens (cream gauze runners & cream tablecloths)
antique pew chairs from an old country church (seats 52 for ceremonies)
antique folding chairs (18 total & these look nice with the pew chairs for ceremonies, although they are quite light duty)
benches for outdoor seating (can also be used for ceremonies and more sturdy than the antique folding chairs)
vintage glassware
vintage brass candlesticks & glass votives
candles (flameless tapers & tealights)
~50 vintage milk glass vases
a handful of vintage brass vases
a large wooden triangle arch for a ceremony backdrop
a large vintage-look metal arbor/arch for a ceremony backdrop
a small portable wireless mic & speaker (JBL partybox)
~50 clear umbrellas & hand fans
antique doilies (many handmade)
some faux florals
yard games
& more
Optional: Weddings at Three Pines Farm can add our homemade ice cream truck service to make your special day extra sweet!
Vintage Ice Cream Truck (optional add on for ALL Events - NOT INCLUDED in wedding packages)
You can choose your favorite flavor menu, and add your own custom stickers for personalized packaging.
And, yes, we can make gluten free and dairy free accommodations on our ice cream truck service - please inquire on any & all requests.

All the other special gatherings
Graduation Parties, workplace outings, or any other large gathering just might be perfectly at home in our big red barn. It is a charming and most unique special place for celebrations of up to 100 guests.
Please fill out the form if you are interested in more information on this historic space. Please also note that the big red barn is only seasonally available mid-May through early October as it is not a climate-controlled space.
Showers, and other special occasions that are on the smaller side, may find our gorgeous farrowing house a perfect fit. More details on this loving space can be found HERE. The farrowing house is fully heated & cooled and available book any time of year.
