Hammock Yoga Nidra + Warm Fall Dinner

Hammock Yoga Nidra + Warm Fall Dinner

$45.00

Join is for a most unique & relaxing evening… Hammock Yoga Nidra at Three Pines Farm + a Warm Fall Dinner.

What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra, considered both a practice and state of dreamless sleep, uses systematic relaxation aiming to unify the physical body, mind, and energy in a way that allows us to realize and reset the way we think, act, and experience daily life. Yoga Nidra is the practice of waking up to yourself while letting the outside world fall away. No veils, no lenses, no filters in how you perceive things, just what IS.

The majority of this experience is guided. All you have to do is arrive with comfortable clothes, perhaps a blanket or two for comfort in the hammock (we have extra if you need), and an open mind. This is a very relaxed yoga experience, where you lay in hammocks, rather than work through intense poses. If you're curious about any possible physical modifications please don't hesitate to ask!

Flow for this Event:

We will enjoy a ~45 min hammock yoga nidra session led by the incomparable Julia Andreini in our aisle of evergreens. After the hammock yoga session, we will gather in the little barn for a warm & nourishing, light autumnal dinner of our brown butter butternut squash soup, homemade bread, and apple cake with caramel buttercream. Guests are welcome to BYOB (wine or beer, no hard alcohol).

About Your Educator:

Julia Andreini is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher and functional breathing instructor. She first fell in love with an ambitious asana practice in her late teens and found a love for the philosophy and metaphysics of yoga and meditation in early adulthood. Armed with a healthy dose of compassion, a smile, and teaching experience with bodies of every age and ability, she is able to meet you where you’re at and help you further your practice and understanding of yoga. Her favorite styles to teach are yin yoga & yoga nidra.

What to Bring:

- Cozy blanket/throw (or two) & pillow you don’t mind having outdoors

- Bottle of water

- Hammocks are provided & set up for you - you do not need to bring a hammock
