Sourdough 101
Sourdough 101
Learn the basics of baking sourdough bread. Participants will leave with a strong foundational knowledge of terminology, resources and tips to make home baking this fermented wonder bread easy and successful! Class time is hands-on covering kitchen set up along with shaping, mixing, proofing and scoring. Students will leave with their own sourdough wheat starter, and a baked loaf of bread. Your family, friends and gut will thank you! If new to baking, this class would fill the experience requirement for Sourdough 201, coming in October 2026.
